Food & Beverage Industry Week Coming to Las Vegas Convention Center

This week is gearing up to be a huge month for the food and beverage industry in Las Vegas as two of the leading tradeshow organizers team up to bring us Las Vegas Food & Beverage Industry Week, an inaugural event featuring four premiere food shows under one roof at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

SIAL America, Bar & Restaurant Expo (formerly known as Nightclub & Bar Show), the Pizza Expo, and World Tea Conference + Expo will all run at the same time, from March 21 – 23, 2022.

“We are thrilled to create a new platform to connect and deliver actionable opportunities to the entire food and beverage industry,” said Jessica Blue, EVP, Emerald. “Partnering with Comexposium marks an important milestone for both organizations as we collectively work to bring a new edition of the SIAL global food brand to life in Las Vegas,” Blue added.

Food & Beverage Industry Week Features

  • SIAL America: SIAL America is the first-of-its-kind cross-category generalist food and beverage show, will host domestic and international exhibitors, including Butterball, Stonewall Kitchen, California Milk Advisory Board and Star Snacks.
  • Bar & Restaurant Expo: The Bar & Restaurant Expo is the industry’s largest and most important bar, nightclub, beverage and now restaurant event of the year. The show features the latest trends in the bar and restaurant industries, from small businesses to national chains and the industry’s largest hospitality groups.
  • Pizza Expo: The 2022 Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, put on by the National Association of Pizzeria Operators, is the world’s largest pizza-only trade show. Pizza Expo, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the only industry event where you’ll find more than 90 industry-specific seminars, workshops, and demonstrations, not to mention 500 exhibiting companies and 1,100 booths.
  • World Tea Conference + Expo: The World Tea Expo is the leading tradeshow and conference focused 100% on premium teas and related products. The B2B event took place at the Las Vegas Convention Center and featured several days of focused tea buying, selling, education and tastings.
