Finding a real late-night happy hour with good food and drink specials in Las Vegas is harder than it should be.
Plenty of restaurants stay open late, but that doesn’t mean they offer discounted food or drinks. Other places once had a reverse happy hour, quietly dropped it, and never bothered correcting the dozens of old articles still promoting it.
This guide takes a stricter approach. To be included, a restaurant or bar must currently advertise a recurring happy hour that runs until at least 9 p.m. or starts later in the evening, and it has to be open to the general public. We checked official restaurant websites, current menus, official location pages and recent posts from the venues themselves.
Ordinary late-night menus, one-night promotions and specials we couldn’t independently confirm were left out. Industry-only deals get their own section at the bottom.
Happy-hour menus can change without notice, especially during holidays, big conventions, sporting events and private parties. Check with the venue before making a special trip.

Late-night happy hours on the Las Vegas Strip
The Strip has hundreds of bars and restaurants, but surprisingly few offer a legitimate late-night happy hour to the public. These are the ones we could verify.
SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill

SUGARCANE is one of the better picks when you want an actual meal instead of discounted drinks and a plate of fries. Restaurant Row inside The Venetian makes it easy to reach from the Palazzo, Wynn, Treasure Island or the LINQ area.
The menu mixes a raw bar, sushi, small plates and globally influenced dishes, and the room gets louder later in the evening, especially on weekends when the restaurant advertises live DJs. The Friday and Saturday session shows up in recent restaurant materials, and SUGARCANE has adjusted its late hours before, so confirm the start time the day you go.
House of Blues Restaurant & Bar

This is the easiest late happy hour on the south end of the Strip. It works well before or after a show at Mandalay Bay, Luxor or Allegiant Stadium, and the menu leans Southern: burgers, fried chicken, barbecue.
The restaurant books live music several nights a week with no cover, so the 9 p.m. session can overlap with a set. The catch is event days. When there’s a big concert next door or a game at the stadium, happy hour may not run, so call ahead if the calendar looks busy. If you’re driving, park on Level 4 of the Mandalay Bay garage for the shortest walk.
BALLA Italian Soul

BALLA is a good early start to a late night. It isn’t an after-midnight deal, but a 9 p.m. happy hour still makes it one of the few public reverse happy hours directly on the Strip.
The kitchen focuses on coastal Italian cooking: handmade pasta, wood-fired meats, seafood and Italian-leaning cocktails. BALLA keeps its happy-hour food prices on a live menu rather than the main restaurant page, so dishes may rotate. The daily 9 to 10 p.m. session and the $7 spritz are what the resort currently advertises.
Late-night happy hours in Downtown Las Vegas
Downtown has plenty of cheap bars, casino drink promotions and late-night restaurants. Its list of verified reverse happy hours is shorter than many older guides suggest, though. Several once-popular Downtown specials now end before 9 p.m., have been dropped, or no longer appear on the restaurant’s website.

Eureka sits a few blocks east of the Fremont Street Experience canopy. It’s a good call when you want craft beer, whiskey and scratch-made food without eating inside one of the big Downtown casinos.
It’s also easy for groups who can’t agree, since the menu covers burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, shareable apps, beer and cocktails. Closing time varies by night, with later hours heading into the weekend, and the day-specific deals still apply during the late session.
Oscar’s Steakhouse

Oscar’s sits under the Plaza’s glass dome looking straight down Fremont Street. It’s named for former mayor and mob attorney Oscar Goodman and leans hard into old Vegas.
Happy hour is in the bar and lounge and may not run on holidays. The Monday-to-Thursday session is the one worth planning around, since it runs until 10 p.m., a lot later than the usual steakhouse bar deal. On weekends it wraps at 7.
Late-night happy hours away from the Strip
Many of the best late deals in town are in neighborhoods, not tourist corridors. Local taverns and restaurants often stay open later, have easier parking and charge less than comparable Strip spots.
Herbs & Rye

Herbs & Rye has been one of the city’s best-known industry hangouts for years: serious cocktails, an old-school steakhouse menu, and a dark room that gets louder as the night goes on.
Most happy hours give you a few small apps. This one discounts full steaks, pasta and seafood, which makes it one of the best options for an actual dinner after 10 p.m. Reservations are smart during prime dinner hours, and later in the night is often easier. Japaneiro is a genuine after-midnight food deal. It runs later than almost anything else here that’s open to the public, and the food is a real step up from bar snacks: Japanese and Asian fusion small plates, sashimi and grilled skewers.
It’s a known stop for Strip cooks and servers getting off late, so the room can fill up after 1 a.m. on weekends. It’s a strip-mall spot near Warm Springs and Buffalo, which means free parking and no casino walk.
Cleaver

Cleaver is the sister restaurant to Herbs & Rye, with a more modern look. It’s on Paradise Road near the Las Vegas Convention Center and Virgin Hotels, which makes it handy during convention weeks.
The menu is steaks, seafood, cocktails and steakhouse starters in a dining room filled with art and vintage Vegas references. Cleaver’s website confirms the well-drink happy hour runs until the bar’s last call, but it doesn’t post the price, so we’re not repeating numbers from old blogs.

The Lodge at Durango

The Lodge is a true neighborhood tavern, open 24 hours with gaming, drinks and a full bar-and-grill menu.
A midnight-to-2 a.m. happy hour makes it one of the few public deals that actually starts after midnight. It’s useful for hospitality workers, people leaving a late show, or anyone who wants something quieter than a Strip casino bar. It’s near Durango and Spring Mountain, parking is free, and there’s no resort to walk through.
PT’s Taverns and Sierra Gold

PT’s runs dozens of neighborhood taverns under names like PT’s Pub, PT’s Gold, PT’s Ranch, PT’s Brewing Company and Sierra Gold. The midnight happy hour has been a locals’ staple for years, mostly because there’s a PT’s within a short drive of almost anywhere in the valley.
Expect gaming, TVs, beer, cocktails, pizza, burgers and wings, and many locations are open 24 hours. Deals and food can differ by location, so check that the tavern you’re heading to participates.
Yard House

Yard House is the obvious pick if beer is the priority. Every location pours well over 100 taps, and the late session knocks down pizzas and apps, which is how most people end up eating dinner here at 10:30 on a Tuesday.
The Red Rock location is inside the resort, so you can pair it with a movie or bowling. Town Square has free garage parking and sits near Lazy Dog if your group wants to move on. One warning for visitors: don’t walk into the LINQ Promenade location expecting the deal.
Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

Lazy Dog is one of the easiest late happy hours on the south end of Las Vegas Boulevard, and Town Square has free surface and garage parking.
The menu is big (burgers, sandwiches, bowls, salads, apps, cocktails, beer), so it’s a safe choice when half the table wants dinner and the other half just wants a drink. It runs seven nights a week, which beats weekday-only deals. Individual items rotate, so check the location menu for what’s on.
Kona Grill

Kona Grill is one of the better late options in Summerlin. The menu covers sushi, steaks, seafood, salads and flatbreads, and the $3, $6 and $9 tiers make it easy to build either a couple of drinks and a snack or a full late meal.
Boca Park has free parking right outside. Closing time varies by night.
BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse

BJ’s is the practical choice in Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon and the northwest valley, where a lot of independent kitchens close early on weeknights. It’s a full restaurant and brewery with deep-dish pizza, burgers, sandwiches and entrees.
Pricing only applies in the bar area, so don’t expect it at a dining-room table. Seating and specials can shift during big games.
Industry-only late-night happy hours
These deals are real and run late, but they’re limited to people who work in casinos, hotels, restaurants and nightlife. Bring ID plus proof of current employment.
CASBAR Lounge

This is one of the latest-running happy hours on Las Vegas Boulevard, and for people getting off a swing or graveyard shift it’s a legitimate after-work deal. CASBAR is open 24 hours and has lounge entertainment, including dueling pianos on select Friday and Saturday nights.
CASBAR also has public happy-hour windows earlier in the day. The after-midnight discount is industry only.
What counts as a late-night happy hour?
For this guide, a promotion must run until at least 9 p.m. or start at 9 p.m. or later, and it has to be a recurring deal the venue advertises itself.
A restaurant being open late doesn’t count. Neither does a late-night menu at regular prices. “All-day happy hour” deals qualify when the discount clearly continues into the late evening and the venue confirms it. Industry-only promotions are listed separately.
Why some popular happy hours are missing
A lot of the late-night deals repeated around the internet are out of date. A restaurant might still run an afternoon happy hour but have dropped the late one, or a casino might have scrubbed the promotion from its site while old articles keep listing it.
Rather than pad this page with questionable deals, we left out anything we couldn’t reasonably verify as of September 2026. That includes promotions where:
- The restaurant’s current page lists only an afternoon happy hour.
- The only evidence is an old menu or undated photo.
- Different sources list conflicting days or times and the venue doesn’t publish its own.
- The discount was tied to a one-time event.
- The “deal” is really just a regular late-night menu.
- The deal only exists through an expired coupon or third-party app.
- The venue has closed, changed ownership or changed concepts.
Before you go
Las Vegas restaurants change happy-hour schedules often, and holiday weekends, conventions, sporting events and private parties can all knock a deal off for the night.
Before driving across town, call the venue. Ask whether happy hour covers the whole restaurant or just the bar, whether you need to order food, and whether anything is happening that night that might cancel it. For industry promotions, bring valid ID and proof of current casino, hospitality or restaurant employment.
