Neon City Festival’s 2026 Lineup: The Best Free Concert Weekend in Vegas

Neon City Festival dropped its full 2026 lineup this week, and honestly it’s kind of ridiculous for a festival that costs nothing to get into. Diplo, Big Boi, Three 6 Mafia, Freddie Gibbs, Cobra Starship and Joyce Manor are all coming to downtown Las Vegas Nov. 20–22, joining Kaskade, Subtronics and The Fray, who were announced earlier.

No ticket. No wristband. All ages. You just show up.

This is year three for the festival, and it’s spread across four stages: the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center plus the Main Street, First Street and Third Street stages at Fremont Street Experience. The whole thing covers about five blocks with no fences, so you can wander between sets, grab food from local spots and catch the laser shows and neon visuals running on The Canopy overhead.

Festival CEO Jeff Victor said the idea is that you can come down for one favorite act, stumble onto a local band you’ve never heard of, and spend the whole weekend there without buying a ticket. That’s pretty much the pitch, and it’s a good one.

Who’s playing when

Friday, Nov. 20 is Diplo night. He’s headlining alongside Cobra Starship (yes, the “Good Girls Go Bad” band is back) and Freddie Gibbs, whose run of Piñata, Bandana and Alfredo has made him one of the most respected rappers working right now. Further down the bill you’ve got Detroit rapper Babyface Ray, Atlanta punk band The Paradox, local DJ crew Summerlin House Mafia and Nevada rockers Split Persona.

Saturday, Nov. 21 is probably the most stacked day. Subtronics brings the bass, The Fray will absolutely play “How to Save a Life,” and Three 6 Mafia is coming through with the Memphis classics. Then there’s Slick Rick. Slick Rick is a supporting act. Think about that. Parachute, rising DJ LUCKY, The Far Worst, Hoity-Toity and Vegas blues-rock band Kings/Kings round it out, and Unity Events is running a local DJ showcase with Marsik, VLITO, Carson Wysocki, Allergic, Rainbolt and Shawn.

Sunday, Nov. 22 closes with Kaskade, Big Boi from Outkast and California punk band Joyce Manor. Rich the Kid, San Diego’s almost monday, GRAMMY winner CID and producer Maesic are also on the bill, along with a strong local contingent: Quinn Ayers, Pure Sport (the punk trio that performs in suits and calls their shows “board meetings”), VOXXX and Arizona’s King Cherry.

More artists, set times and stage assignments are still coming.

The local bands…

Two Vegas-based crews signed on as partners this year. We The Beat has spent about a decade booking artists here before they blow up elsewhere, and Unity Events, started by locals Alex Parra, Shawn Perera and Brandon Rainbolt, has been building up the city’s dance music scene through shows like High Stakes Festival. Having them involved means the undercard actually reflects what’s happening in Vegas music right now, which is the part a lot of big festivals skip.

Neon City was started by Derek Stevens (the guy behind Circa and the D) with backing from the LVCVA, and it’s presented with Fremont Street Experience and Audacy. Pretty much every downtown casino is listed as a co-founder, from the Golden Nugget to El Cortez to The STRAT.

If you’re local and you haven’t gone before, this is the year. Updates and set times will land at neoncityfestival.com.
