The RV Dealers Convention/Expo is leading the effort to enhance the convention experience through building a program that focuses on an education program that is relevant to different dealership business models, enhances networking opportunities for dealers and their business partners, increases vendor-specific educational opportunities, and develops fixed operation content centered on improving Repair Event Cycle Time.

The RV Dealers Convention is also one of the best places to reconnect with existing business partners and find new ones. As our dealerships grow and get more complicated, so do the systems we use to run our businesses. The convention offers an opportunity to dive deeper into education that helps our employees get the most out of vendor relationships.

The number one reason attendees said they attended the convention last year was “networking.” That’s not a surprise based on how long it had been since we were all able to get together as an industry due to the pandemic. It also shows that, while we continue to value education, it’s the personal experiences we have during the event that make the convention such a valuable part of what RVDA provides to members and the industry.
