Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon
February 21, 2026 - February 22, 2026

This is the only time of year you can run down the Las Vegas Strip without dodging traffic.
The Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas event shuts down Las Vegas Boulevard at night and turns it into a race course lined with lights, music, and thousands of runners. It’s part race, part spectacle.
You’re not running past empty streets. You’re running past resorts, marquees, and crowds that treat it more like a citywide event than a standard marathon.
Race Weekend Details
Distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
The 5K takes place Saturday evening, with the 10K and Half Marathon running Sunday night. Start times begin after sunset, making it one of the few major nighttime races in the country.
Course:
The route runs directly along the Strip, past iconic hotels and landmarks. Expect wide roads, bright lights, and long straightaways that feel very different from a traditional city marathon.
Finish Line:
A high-energy finish area with music and entertainment that keeps the atmosphere going well after runners cross.
