The newest Las Vegas Strip Resort, brought to you by Caesars Entertainment, is set to open late next month.
Built on the site of the old Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall, The Cromwell is a $185-million hotel and resort that will feature 188 rooms and suites, a rooftop pool beside a two-story day-nightclub, and the first restaurant by TV personality Giada De Laurentiis.
With a 40,000-square-foot casino, The Cromwell will have a more intimate feel for guests who may be tired of the typical Las Vegas mega-resorts. The architecture and interior design of the property is inspired by the chic Costes Hotel in Paris, where rooms are meant to feel like Parisian lofts, with distressed hardwood flooring, vintage luggage motif furnishings and showers tiled with random English and French phrases.
“The Cromwell will bring an exclusive experience to the Las Vegas Strip as a luxury lifestyle boutique hotel focusing on hospitality, amenities and personalized service,” said Karie Hall, general manager of The Cromwell. “Our partners Giada De Laurentiis and Victor Drai will inspire 360-degree day life, nightlife and dining experiences that you won’t find anywhere else in Las Vegas.”
The resort/casino is scheduled to open May 21st 2014, with the rooftop Drai’s dayclub playground and nightclub opening three days later for Memorial Day Weekend.
