Sisolak COVID policies have led to the highest rate of job loss found in any state!

Steve Sisolak

As we drag into two years of mask-wearing and economy-killing COVID mandates with no end in sight, researchers say that Governor Steve Sisolak’s COVID mandates and lockdowns have failed to reduce the COVID death rate, and may have caused a higher total death rate.

A team of researchers with the National Bureau of Economic Research “failed to find” any evidence that lockdowns led to a reduction in the covid death rate. In fact, the researchers—who examined data from forty-three countries and all US states—found that lockdowns were positively correlated with a higher total death rate.

It seems that preventing people from working, going to school, and socializing has caused widespread mental and health problems – problems that will be with us, especially our youth, for decades to come.

While the Sisolak shutdowns and mandates have now been shown to have done nothing to stop the so-called pandemic, they did do something – THEY KILLED OUR ECONOMY and helped enrich his friends while the rest of Nevada suffered.

Sisolak COVID Mandates have Caused Nevada to suffer the highest rate of job loss found in any state nationwide.

A recent analysis from the Pew Charitable Trusts found that Nevada’s prime-age employment rate dropped a full 10 percentage points from 2019 to 2021. In other words, for every 100 people of prime working age, about 10 fewer were employed in fiscal 2021 than in 2019.

This was by far the highest rate of job loss found in any state nationwide, and triple the average rate found among the other forty-nine US states.

According to ZeroHedge, as bad as that is, nothing compares to the harm that Sisolak’s failed policies inflicted on children. School closures caused massive learning loss, which can have compounding deleterious effects that lead to reduced future earnings, and increased poverty rate, and even reduced life expectancy. Rates of mental health issues among children, including acts of intentional self-harm, have skyrocketed.

Let’s not Forget the Record Violence…

While mental health issues are certainly serious, the complete collapse of society and the slip into third-world status seems to have been ignored by most. Over the last couple of weeks, we’ve had a murder inside the Rio, a shooting inside Bally’s, a housekeeper killed at Bally’s, a man beaten almost to death for not wearing a mask inside a Las Vegas storea man stabbed by a homeless man inside the Paris Casino, and countless assaults inside Casinos and throughout Las Vegas.

Sadly, we’ve covered the problems almost daily over the last couple of years and they just seem to be getting worse! Here is just a small sample of what we have covered:

Sisolak Kills Las Vegas Tourism and Convention Industry.

There is no better example of how bad these policies have hurt our state than what we are seeing in the trade show industry. Earlier in the year, Governor Steve Sisolak coerced the organizers of the Consumer Electronics Show to ban unvaccinated attendees. The move caused a complete collapse in attendee and exhibitor numbers, which could mean a $300 million loss to the Las Vegas economy.

In contrast, the annual NSSF SHOT Show told the governor to shove his vaccine mandates and have actually grown their attendance, surpassing CES which was once the largest tradeshow in the world.

While the Nevada Economy Collapses, Sisolak and CO get Rich!

As small business owners throughout Nevada go bankrupt, two of Governor Steve Sisolak’s closest friends, Jim Murren and Andrew Pascal, have been using their positions with the COVID taskforce to bankrupt their competition and profiteer off the shutdowns they created.

We have covered the criminal actions of both of these scumbags in the past, and we have covered how Pascal and Murren used the COVID shutdowns to grow their empires. Nevada has one of the worst economies in the country, but somehow Steve’s buddies seem to be getting richer than ever!

Rules for Thee…

Kathy Sisolak defies mask mandate

And while the local media and corrupt local politicians demand you follow every last COVID mandate, the same people who impose them on you routinely get caught violating these same mandates. In fact, just a couple weeks ago First Lady Kathy Sisolak hosted a Maskless Asian Gala at Paris Casino in Las Vegas.

That same week, both Justin “get the Vax” Jones – that’s seriously what the joker calls himself – and the degenerate drug addict, self-admitted socialist, Tick Segerblom were caught multiple times defying the mask mandate that they imposed on the people they swore to serve in Clark County.

Check out our full article on Nevada Democrats who have been caught violating their own mask mandate.

  1. Rules for thee and not for me!! Nearly two and a half years. Regardless of which side of the isle you sit on our elected officials have flaunted their opulent lifestyles in the face of every at least Las Vegas valley resident while they told us to stay home, left businesses crippled with ever changing rules, employees at the mercy of the big wigs and their whims. Some of us did stay home Nevada for this long and have watched form our backyards….not basements to follow the ever changing rules designed by the elitists for us regular peasant folks While the elite shunned all of the ever changing “guidance” and really it has been a slow and excruciating sucker punch to the face of two plus years. Mental health impacted for youth and also mental health impacted for grown folks too. While the elite would love to have tent cities and needle exchanges coming soon like SF, LA and Seattle and say “We are a welcoming city”. Doggone it. Stop driving our Las Vegas valley into the ground please. Homeschool, private school and vote, vote and vote. Sitting back waiting for the suits to take care of things and not watching their character and not voting is what leads to decades long blight. Not Vegas born.. love my city and the people in it. accountability and transparency… how hard is that? Let that be a “thing”.
