Shooting near Las Vegas Airport as City Plunges Deeper into Becoming Oakland

One person has been pronounced dead following a shooting near Paradise and Russell Road. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, police received a call at 1:22 p.m. about a shooting near the airport. Upon arrival, they discovered that one person had been struck by gunfire and died as a result.

This event is yet another reminder of the ongoing chaos in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Police are investigating the incident, but it’s hard to have faith in their ability to solve crimes when their leadership has decided political correctness is now more important than keeping our community safe.

This is just the latest in a string of violent incidents that have plagued Las Vegas, from shootings to robberies to assaults. Last week two people were brutally beaten inside the parking garage of Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel.

The day before, 4 people were shot during a street takeover, something that is sadly becoming a daily occurrence in our city.
