The Women of Power Summit is a professional leadership conference designed especially for executive women of color. This event will bring together over 1,200 influential corporate professionals and businesswomen from across the country. The event will be held March 5-8, 2020 at the Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The woman, who is in her 40s, traveled from New York to Las Vegas for the Summit. She had been exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 during her travels, but apparently decided to attend the conference in Las Vegas despite being sick.
1,200 black corporate professionals and businesswomen from around the country attended the even in Las Vegas, including FOX News Contributor and Former Chair Democratic National Committee (DNC) Donna Brazile.

Brazile, who has been slamming the President all week over the Coronavirus, was ironically a speaker at the event and seems oblivious to the fact that she could have been exposed at this conference. She continues to appear on television and has not self-quarantined.
The news that someone at a Las Vegas conference tested positive for COVID-19 has hit the trade show industry hard. Several conventions, including NAB and Adobe Summit, canceled their events.
