Complaints can be good!
Don’t get me wrong complaint’s stink, but if you don’t know what your customers are dissatisfied with it could kill your business.
Remember, if one customer complains to you about a problem there is a good chance that another ten didn’t, instead they just stopped doing business with you! Take the time to ask your customers if you are doing anything wrong. It is a lot cheaper to keep your current customers happy than having to replace them with new customers.
