Your employee’s know alot more about your business than you might give them credit for. Remember they are on the front lines everyday. They see and here what your customers are saying. Take some time every week to brainstorm with your employees. You never know what kind of ideas you might here.

Your employee’s are also a valuably resource to find out what is going wrong. Find out what they hear from the customers, if they are hearing complaints, find out what they are and fix them today.
