Pink’s Hot Dogs Closes at Planet Hollywood Resort. Rumor: Chick-fil-A to Take its Place

Pink's Hot Dog

A Los Angeles favorite since 1939, Pink’s Hot Dogs didn’t last as long in Las Vegas.

After an eight-year run at Planet Hollywood Resort, Pink’s closed its doors to the public last week.  Locally operated by Gen3 Hospitality, the company is telling Pink’s fans to head down the street to The Linq Promenade, where some of Pink’s top creations will be incorporated into the Haute Doggery menu.

So What is going to take its place? Chick-Fil-A?

Chick-Fil-A

According to our sources, Pink’s could soon become the latest Chick-Fil-A to land in Las Vegas. This would be a first for the strip, but sadly were being told that one of our favorite late night Pizza spots on the Strip, Pin Up Pizza,  could also close to make way for Chick-Fil-A.

Rumors of a Chick-Fil-A opening on the Strip have been swirling for awhile, but how that would work out is a little fuzzy since the company has a long-standing policy to shut down on Sundays, something that would be hard to do in the middle of the strip.
