Complaints can be good! Don’t get me wrong complaint’s stink, but if you don’t know what your customers are dissatisfied with it could kill your business.
Take the time to ask your customers if you are doing anything wrong. It is a lot cheaper to keep your current customers happy than having to replace them with new customers.

Brainstorm with your Staff! Your employee’s know alot more about your business than you might give them credit for. Remember they are on the front lines everyday. They see and here what your customers are saying. Take some time every week to brainstorm with your employees. You never know what kind of ideas you might here.

Be Aggressive with your marketing. If your advertisements don’t stand out then don’t bother using them. Go through all of your marketing materials. Look at your business cards, your website, etc…. Put yourself in your customers position, does your material make you want to buy your product? Does it help you stand out from your competition?
