Billboards in Clark County going Digital

The next time you look at a billboard in Clark County theres a good chance it may be digital. The County Commission voted to allow owners to convert their old billboards to digital displays.
The new county ordinance starts March 2, and will cost owners a $10,000 fee to be able to convert to digital.
The digital boards will not be permitted in residential areas and are not allowed to be in view of single family homes. The is also a health provision that is meant to safeguard residents from any ill effects due to the digital conversions.
